The ISCD Educational Outreach Grants, for United States based bone focused organizations, are supported by an educational grant from Merck.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is entered correctly and by the deadline.

The ISCD Grant review Committee meets every three months to review and select grant recipients. Grant approval notices will be sent within two weeks of the grant committee meeting. You will be notified via e-mail.

Before you begin the submission process you should have the following information available:

• Program Title
• Program Description
• Learning Objectives
• Instructional Methods
• Evaluation Plan
• Date, Time and Location of Program
• Speaker Names, Designations and Institution
• Anticipated Number of Attendees
