Individuals may choose not to be displayed in this listing. Evaluation of the credentials, qualifications and competence of a physician or technologist is the responsibility of the person referencing the registry.
Instructions to Submit Certification Updates:
If you are ISCD certified and feel there is a discrepancy in your certification information, submit a copy of your current ISCD certificate and cover letter (including your current contact phone and e-mail information) to the Certification Department. Corrections will not be accepted over the phone. Submit your ISCD certificate copy and cover letter to:
