Can a Technologist take the Clinician Bone Densitometry Course?

It is recommended that a technologist take the Technologist Course first. However, ISCD will allow a technologist to take the Clinician Course if gaining information about interpreting DXA scans would assist a technologist with job responsibilities.

Yes. Though most attendees do take the course prior to taking the exam, it is not a requirement.

Where can I get information about state requirements for DXA technologists?
