Information
Oral Abstract Session. Several abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation session at the annual meeting. Please indicate if you wish to be considered for this presentation by checking the box oral or poster presentation.
Presenting Author: For abstracts chosen for oral presentation.
English Fluency- VERY IMPORTANT!
Presenting Authors must be fluent in English and able to answer questions. If none of the authors are fluent in English, you need to check “Prefer
Poster Presentation” on the Abstract Submission Form.
Author Block:
AUTHOR NAMES may be listed with up to three initials prior to the last/family
name, i.e., E.M. Lewiecki, MD.
Included under author information: member or non member for each author,
fellow/student designation (first author only), eligible for young investigator(first
author only), e-mail address (only required for first author), and the
option to chose for poster presentation only.
Address or Other Contact Information Changes:
The contact profile information at the start of the submission program
should be that of the Presenting Author for the abstract and no one else.
Make sure to provide complete contact information for
the Presenting Author on the submission form (address,
telephone, fax, and e-mail), so that he or she can be reached easily and
quickly, if necessary. All correspondence (primarily by e-mail) will be
sent to the Presenting Author whose contact information is provided in
the profile/contact section of the submission program. If the presenting/contact
author’s address or other contact information changes between abstract
submission and the time of the meeting, it is that author’s responsibility
to notify the ISCD of any contact changes in writing by fax, e-mail or
mail.
Disputes:
ISCD will not adjudicate a dispute between abstract presenters.
Disclosure/Conflict of Interest:
The presenting author of an abstract chosen for oral presentation will
be required to provide ISCD with a current CV and disclosure form. Disclosures
will be printed in the program book.
