ISCD Education Courses and Certification Exams

The ISCD offers the following courses appropriate for clinicians, technologists, scientists, researchers, and healthcare providers who wish to learn more about bone densitometry.   In some cases more than one ISCD course is held at the same location. 

Note that due to time and meeting space limitations, the Clinician or Technologist Bone Densitometry Course and Vertebral Fracture Assessment Course held at the same location will overlap each other.  Therefore, if you plan to attend both, you will miss part of one of the courses.

Additionally, ISCD offers a Clinician Certification Exam and a Technologist Certification Exam. Both exams cover the body of knowledge as described in the Content Outline. Click on either link above for the body of knowledge and references used in the examinations. There is no certification exam on any body of knowledge relating to vertebral fracture assessment.
