The International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) is a multidisciplinary, nonprofit organization which was founded in June of 1993. ISCD provides a central resource for a number of scientific disciplines with an interest in the assessment of skeletal health. The Society was the first of its kind worldwide.
