Board Positions Available in 2019 

  • President-Elect – (1 year term), The President-Elect shall discharge the duties of the President in case of the latter’s absence or disability. The President-Elect shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the President or the Board. The President-Elect shall automatically become President upon the expiration of the term of President.
  • Vice President – (1 year term), the Vice-President shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the President or the Board. The Vice President is often asked to consider, and is often nominated for, the President-Elect’s position immediately following his/her term as Vice President.
  • Treasurer – (3 year term), The Treasurer shall have responsibility for all monies of the ISCD and shall chair the Audit and Finance Committee. The Treasurer shall periodically render a report of all actions taken as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Society.
  • Education Council Chair – (3 year term), The Education Council is made up of the chairs from all live course committees, the Online Learning Committee and the CME Committee. The council is charged with developing and overseeing ISCD educational courses and programs.
  • China Regional Panel Representative – (3 year term), The China Panel is a group of skeletal health experts whose purpose is to address the mission of the ISCD and work towards achieving the goals and objectives of the ISCD in the China region. The representative must be a member of the panel and be a member of ISCD in good standing.
  • Canada Regional Panel Representative – (3 year term), The Canada Panel is a group of skeletal health experts whose purpose is to address the mission of the ISCD and work towards achieving the goals and objectives of the ISCD in the Canada region. The representative must be a member of the panel and be a member of ISCD in good standing.
  • UK/Ireland Regional Panel Representative – (3 year term), The UK/Ireland Panel is a group of skeletal health experts whose purpose is to address the mission of the ISCD and work towards achieving the goals and objectives of the ISCD in the UK/Ireland region. The representative must be a member of the panel and be a member of ISCD in good standing.
  • Membership, Marketing and Communications Chair – (3 year term), The marketing, membership and communications committee is charged with coordinating all of the Society’s communication, membership and marketing efforts, including the website.
